About PipeLeads
One job, done completely: every Facebook and Instagram lead, delivered to your team in seconds.
Why This Product Exists
PipeLeads wasn’t dreamed up on a whiteboard. It came out of years of client work that kept surfacing the same expensive, boring problem: businesses paying good money for Facebook and Instagram leads that sat unnoticed in Meta Business Suite while the prospect moved on.
The fixes available to those businesses were always the same two bad options. Adopt a general-purpose automation platform — powerful, but priced and designed for a different kind of user — or wire up a DIY Zapier workflow that worked right up until it silently didn’t. After building enough one-off Meta lead integrations to see the pattern clearly, the conclusion was obvious: this shouldn’t be a custom project or a workflow. It should be a product that does exactly one thing — capture every Meta lead and route it to the people who’ll act on it, within seconds, verifiably — and does nothing else.
Development started in 2026. That focus hasn’t moved.
Who Builds It
PipeLeads is built and maintained by Al Bunch, a principal software engineer and architect based in Willis, Texas, just north of Houston. Al has spent more than 25 years building custom software and cloud infrastructure — backend systems, APIs, integrations, and automation — including multiple SaaS platforms and the kind of internal delivery systems where a lost record is a lost customer.
He also founded AcuCoders, a systems-integration firm that connects business tools for small companies — which is exactly where the years of firsthand Meta lead-delivery pain came from. PipeLeads stands on its own, but it inherits that engineering history: it was built by someone who had already shipped this pipe many times, for real businesses, before turning it into a product.
How It’s Built
The product brief PipeLeads is built against reads less like marketing and more like an operations manual, and we hold ourselves to it publicly:
- No silent loss. Every accepted lead is durably queued, retried with backoff, delivered exactly once per destination, and carries a per-lead delivery record. A lead that can’t be delivered is preserved and replayable — never dropped.
- Loud failures. Connection health is monitored; an expiring Meta authorization warns you before leads go missing, not after.
- Honest boundaries. PipeLeads is not a CRM, a campaign manager, or a workflow builder — and our comparison pages say so plainly, including where competitors are the better choice.
- Easy exits. Cancellation is self-service through the billing portal, and your lead history is exportable before deletion. The product should keep customers because it’s dependable, never because leaving is hard.
Where It Is Today
PipeLeads is in early access, onboarding its first customers. The launch scope is deliberately narrow — Meta Lead Ads in; email, SMS, and Google Sheets out — and it will expand one proven connector at a time.
