How to Send Facebook Leads to Pipedrive

Pipedrive has no native Facebook Lead Ads integration — its own docs say use Zapier. Every real route compared: direct delivery, Zapier, sync tools, and manual import.

Here’s the fact this whole page hangs on: Pipedrive has no native Facebook Lead Ads integration. That’s not our claim — Pipedrive’s own knowledge base answers the question with “use Zapier,” and their marketplace’s only Facebook Lead Ads app is a third-party tool. So every route from a Meta lead form into your pipeline runs through a connector you choose, pay for, and maintain. There are four that actually work — one of them is ours, and we’ll be plain about that:

RouteCostInto PipedriveMaintenance
PipeLeads (direct)$15/mo flat — every destination includedSecondsOne connection, health-monitored — warned before it breaks
Zapier / MakePaid plan required — from $19.99/mo, tasks meteredMinutes (plan-dependent polling)One Zap per lead form; token re-auths
Sync tools (LeadsBridge, Outfunnel)Free at 50 leads/mo (LeadsBridge), then $29+/mo meteredNear-real-timeBridge per form/destination pair

Which one is right depends on volume, budget, and what else a lead needs to reach besides the pipeline. Details, honestly — including the one job only the manual route can do — below.

Before Anything Else: Two Clocks Are Running

First, the speed clock: contacting a lead in the first minutes multiplies your connect rate — which is why a route’s notification speed matters at least as much as its CRM-sync speed. Second, the deletion clock: Meta permanently deletes lead data 90 days after submission . Any lead not moved somewhere durable inside that window is gone — not archived, gone. Every route below beats the deletion clock; they differ on the speed clock and on price.

Route 1: PipeLeads — Direct Delivery, Plus the Team

Full disclosure: this is our product. Here’s exactly what it does, so you can judge it against the rest of the page.

  1. Connect your Facebook account; pick the Page and lead form.
  2. Authorize Pipedrive — approve the connection to your Pipedrive company once; every form and future destination reuses it. Name the destination and pick the default Lead owner.
  3. Field mapping is automatic — name, email, phone, and your custom qualifying questions map to Pipedrive fields, with rename/exclude control and inline custom-field creation.
  4. Send a labeled test lead, watch it land in your Leads inbox, enable.

The Pipedrive destination alongside email, SMS, and Sheets — one connection, reused everywhere.

Each new lead becomes a Person plus a Lead in your Leads inbox within seconds, source recorded, duplicates matched by email, then phone — never multiplied. Delivery is the product: queued retries with backoff, a per-lead delivered/retrying/failed record you can replay, and a health-monitored Meta connection that warns you before an expiring authorization silently starves your pipeline — the failure mode every other route on this page shares.

And the same lead simultaneously hits email , SMS , and a Google Sheet if you want — one lead counted once, $15/month flat, no per-Zap or per-contact meters. The landing page has the short version.

Where it isn’t your route: you need leads flowing into a CRM other than Pipedrive today, or multi-step logic between Meta and the CRM (enrichment calls, conditional routing across apps). That’s Zapier’s home turf — next.

Route 2: Zapier (Pipedrive’s Own Recommendation)

The recipe Pipedrive’s knowledge base describes :

  1. Create a Zap with trigger Facebook Lead Ads → New Lead; connect your Facebook account and select the Page and the specific lead form.
  2. Add the action Pipedrive → Create Person (or Create Lead/Deal, depending on how your pipeline starts).
  3. Map the form fields — name, email, phone, and your qualifying questions — onto Pipedrive fields; create custom fields on the Pipedrive side first if a question has no home.
  4. Test with a real submission via Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool , then switch it on.

Three caveats, all from Pipedrive’s own documentation, not from us:

  • A paid Zapier plan is required — Facebook Lead Ads is a premium trigger. Plans start at $19.99/month billed annually at the 750-task minimum, and the realistic cost math climbs quickly once every lead consumes tasks.
  • One Zap per lead form. Five ad campaigns with five forms means five Zaps to build, test, and keep pointed at the right forms — the form-mismatch failure is the #1 cause of “my leads stopped arriving” .
  • No backfill. Leads collected before the Zap existed can’t pass through it — Pipedrive’s docs send you to CSV export and the spreadsheet importer for those (Route 4, and the reason it belongs in this guide).

Zapier earns its keep when the Zap does more than deliver — enrichment steps, conditional filters, multi-app choreography. If the Zap’s whole job is “lead arrives, put it in Pipedrive and tell the team,” you’re paying workflow-platform prices for a delivery problem.

Route 3: Sync Tools — LeadsBridge and the Marketplace App

LeadsBridge is the established dedicated connector: near-real-time delivery, Pipedrive as a supported destination, and a free plan capped at 50 leads/month and a single bridge. Past that it’s $29/month (Starter: 800 leads, 3 bridges) and climbing — our full pricing comparison has the capture-verified tiers. If you want hands-off sync into a CRM we don’t cover, or your volume genuinely fits the free tier, it’s the honest pick and we’ll say so.

Outfunnel is the app you’ll find when you search Pipedrive’s marketplace for “Facebook Lead Ads” — the Facebook Lead Ads Sync listing is theirs, not Pipedrive’s. It’s a capable marketing-sync product, priced from $29/month for 100 active contacts (scaling to $99/month at 3,000) — note the meter is contacts in the system, not leads per month, so the bill grows with your database rather than your ad spend. As of August 2026 the marketplace listing shows no ratings yet.

Both work. Both are whole subscriptions whose price rises on a meter — reasonable if breadth is what you’re buying, worth questioning if delivery is.

Route 4: Manual Export → Import (Free, and the Only Backfill)

No tools at all: download leads as CSV from Meta’s Leads Center (or Ads Manager per form), then run Pipedrive’s spreadsheet importer : account menu → Tools and apps → Import data → Import from spreadsheet, up to 50,000 rows, columns auto-mapped by name, duplicates detected and mergeable, any import revertible for 48 hours. Our full import walkthrough covers the column conventions that make it painless.

It costs nothing, and it’s the route Pipedrive’s docs prescribe for the one job no connector can do: leads that already existed before your automation did. If you’re reading this with a backlog of un-CRM’d leads, do this today regardless of which always-on route you pick — the 90-day deletion clock is running on every one of them, oldest first.

As an ongoing system, though, manual export is how leads get lost: the interval between exports is unprotected history, and “whoever remembers to download” is not an integration. Automate the capture; keep manual for the rescue mission.

Choosing Your Route

  • Leads into Pipedrive fast, team notified, nothing to babysit: PipeLeads — direct delivery on a flat $15, health-monitored so silence means “no leads,” never “broken connector.”
  • Multi-step logic between Meta and your CRM (enrichment, cross-app routing): Zapier or Make — budget for the task meters and audit the Zaps monthly.
  • A CRM we don’t deliver to, or 50 leads/month on zero budget: LeadsBridge — mind the bridge and volume caps.
  • Backlog of existing leads: manual export → import, today, whatever else you choose.

Whichever you pick, the failure mode to design against is the same: silent breakage. Zaps disconnect, tokens expire, bridges mis-pair — and the lead flow just stops, quietly, while ads keep spending. Prefer routes that tell you when something’s wrong; verify the ones that don’t on a calendar, not on vibes.

Common Questions

Can you connect Facebook Lead Ads directly to Pipedrive?
Not natively — Pipedrive has no first-party Facebook Lead Ads integration, and Pipedrive’s own knowledge base recommends Zapier for the job. Every working route runs through a connector: a delivery service like PipeLeads, Zapier or Make, a sync tool (LeadsBridge, Outfunnel), or a spreadsheet bridge into Pipedrive’s importer.
Is there a free way to get Facebook leads into Pipedrive?
Yes, with sweat: manually export CSVs from Meta and use Pipedrive’s spreadsheet import — that’s free and it’s Pipedrive’s own prescribed method for leads Zapier can’t touch. LeadsBridge’s free plan (50 leads/month, 1 bridge) is the only free automatic route, and only at tiny volume. Zapier is out on free — Facebook Lead Ads is a premium trigger requiring a paid plan.
Will importing Facebook leads into Pipedrive create duplicates?
Not if you use the import’s final step properly — Pipedrive detects duplicates during spreadsheet import and offers to merge them instead of creating new records. Re-importing an overlapping export is therefore safe, and any import can be reverted within 48 hours.
Can I get leads Facebook collected weeks ago into Pipedrive?
Yes — but only by export and import. Pipedrive’s own documentation is explicit that previously collected leads can’t be passed through Zapier; the connector routes only forward leads that arrive after they’re switched on. Download the back catalog from Meta (or your connected Google Sheet) and run it through the spreadsheet importer — and mind Facebook’s 90-day deletion clock while you still can.
Does PipeLeads integrate directly with Pipedrive?
Yes — Pipedrive is a native PipeLeads destination on the $15/month plan: each new Facebook lead is created in Pipedrive within seconds as a Person plus a Lead in your Leads inbox, fields mapped, duplicates matched instead of multiplied. The same lead can hit your email, phone, and Google Sheet simultaneously, counted once.
