Why is there only one plan?
Because the product does one job. Small businesses shouldn’t have to decode feature matrices to get their leads delivered. If you consistently outgrow the launch limits — agencies with many client accounts, for example — talk to us; a larger plan will be shaped by real usage, not guesswork.
What exactly is an 'accepted lead'?
A genuinely new lead received from your connected Meta forms. It counts once, no matter how many destinations it’s delivered to. Duplicate events, retries, and replays never count again.
What's an SMS segment?
Carriers bill text messages in ~160-character segments; a longer message may consume two or more. PipeLeads messages are designed to typically fit one segment. Your 250 monthly segments comfortably cover several texted leads a day.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You’ll have been alerted at 70% and 90% first. At 100%, new leads are held safely (for up to 7 days) and shown as pending; delivery resumes in order the moment you add a $5 bundle or your month resets. Exhausting SMS only pauses SMS — email and Sheets keep flowing. Nothing is ever silently dropped.
Why do you collect a card for the free trial?
Live lead delivery costs real money (especially SMS) and attracts abuse without verification. Collecting the card via Stripe Checkout keeps trials honest and lets your service continue seamlessly if PipeLeads earns its keep. You can explore setup and simulated test leads without a card.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal — self-service, no retention hoops. Delivery continues through your paid period, your lead history remains exportable for 30 days after, and then lead payloads are deleted. You can request immediate deletion.
